Can I book at night?+
Yes, the service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. No surprise surcharges.
Do you accept credit cards?+
Yes, cash (CHF/EUR), all major credit cards, bank transfer and corporate invoicing.
Can I book for groups?+
Yes, our V-Class and Vito Tourer fit up to 8 passengers with luggage. For larger groups we coordinate multiple vehicles.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We monitor your flight in real time and automatically adjust the pick-up time. No extra fee for delays.
Do chauffeurs speak English or German?+
Our chauffeurs speak Italian, English and German. French available on request.
Can I request child seats?+
Yes, mention it in the booking notes: we provide child seats and boosters free of charge.
How much luggage can I bring?+
Our minivans have an XL boot: typically 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person.
Can I book at the last minute?+
Yes, subject to availability. For same-day bookings call us or message us on WhatsApp: we confirm within minutes.
Do you have a pick-up office?+
We operate door-to-door: we pick you up at the address you indicate (hotel, home, office) and drop you off at the Malpensa terminal.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
No. The agreed fare is settled directly with the chauffeur at the end of the trip, unless corporate advance invoicing is requested.
