How much is a Lugano–Malpensa transfer?+
Reference fares Lugano - Malpensa: Economy Class (Mercedes E-Class, 1-3 pax) from CHF 240, Business Class (Minivan up to 6 pax) from CHF 275, Group Class (Sprinter up to 8 pax) from CHF 350, First Class (Mercedes Maybach VIP, 1-2 pax) from CHF 385. All-inclusive: tolls, luggage, water on board, flight tracking. Fares for other Ticino routes vary with distance.
Which vehicles do you offer?+
Four service classes: Economy Class — Mercedes E-Class executive sedan for 1-3 passengers (our most affordable option, ideal for solo travellers, couples and business travellers); Business Class — Minivan up to 6 passengers (ideal for families and small groups); Group Class — Mercedes Sprinter up to 8 passengers (perfect for larger groups and heavy luggage); First Class — Mercedes Maybach for 1-2 passengers (dedicated VIP experience, maximum luxury and privacy).
How long does the journey take?+
Indicatively: Chiasso 50 min, Mendrisio/FoxTown 45 min, Lugano 60 min, Bellinzona 90 min, Locarno 105 min, Ascona 110 min.
Which routes do you cover?+
We operate exclusively between Canton Ticino and Milan Malpensa Airport (round trip): Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno, Ascona, Mendrisio, Chiasso, FoxTown and any Ticino location.
Can I book at night?+
Yes, the service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. No surprise surcharges.
Do you accept credit cards?+
Yes, cash (CHF/EUR), all major credit cards, bank transfer and corporate invoicing.
Can I book for groups?+
Yes: our Group Class Sprinter fits up to 8 passengers with luggage. For larger groups we coordinate multiple vehicles.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We monitor your flight in real time and automatically adjust the pick-up time. No extra fee for delays.
Do chauffeurs speak English or German?+
Our chauffeurs speak Italian, English and German. French available on request.
Can I request child seats?+
Yes, mention it in the booking notes: we provide child seats and boosters free of charge.
How much luggage can I bring?+
XL boot: with Business Class typically 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person; with Group Class Sprinter even more capacity for groups and shopping.
Can I book at the last minute?+
Yes, subject to availability. For same-day bookings call us or message us on WhatsApp: we confirm within minutes.
Do you operate door-to-door?+
Yes: we pick you up at the address you indicate (hotel, home, office) in Ticino and drop you off at the Malpensa terminal, and vice versa with Meet & Greet at arrivals.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
No. The agreed fare is settled directly with the chauffeur at the end of the trip, unless corporate advance invoicing is requested.
